Terms & Conditions for EquiGlo/Henry Bell & Co Competition on Facebook

  1. This competition/promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
  2. The competition is open to all UK residents – excluding families and employees of the promoter, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
  4. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize following notification. After this time, Henry Bell & Co reserves the right to pass the prize to a new winner.  
  5. By entering the competition, entrants agree for the name and entry to be used by Henry Bell & Co in social media communications and possible press or marketing material.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
  7. Competition wins cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  8. No purchase is necessary.
  9. The decision of the promotions manager is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. Henry Bell & Co promotions and terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the English Courts.
