Hello everyone,
What a busy and exciting few months we have had with the girls. We made a return visit with Gwen to The Royal Welsh Show this year where we had a fantastic time. Gwen ran her heart out in a super- strong class and couldn't have gone any better.
There is something really magical about seeing your home-produced pony in the main ring with 30 strong top quality Welsh Ds!
Hazel has been on fire this year, especially as it’s her first year of competitions. She has had several wins and more recently took 2nd place at Bucks County show.
Mrs Jones had also had some great results recently, with many wins and a championship.
A few weeks ago we took her to the Sunshine Tour Championship at Hickstead for her first stay away show. She exceeded all our expectations and became reserve youngstock champion!
Whilst Gwen had a little break from showing, it was time for me to get back competing. We have done a couple of dressage competitions coming away with placings which I was pleased with.
We have a few competitions left for the year before we have a little rest ready for next season.
